What You’ll Do
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns into assigned regions (UAE, UK, APAC) to generate qualified leads.
- Inbound Qualification: Rapidly respond to inquiries from web forms, events, and ads, assessing fit and scheduling demos.
- Multi-Channel Nurturing: Build relationships via personalized touch points (email, calls, social selling) to move prospects toward a demo.
- CRM & Tool Mastery: Log and manage activities in Attio, using Instantly for sequenced engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with AEs to refine messaging, share insights, and ensure smooth hand-offs of "sales-ready" leads.
- Hit Metrics: Achieve monthly targets (e.g., 100+ calls/week, 20+ meetings booked, $50K+ pipeline generated).
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ Years SaaS SDR Experience: Proven success in outbound prospecting and meeting quotas.
- Exceptional Communicator: Fluent, persuasive English (written/spoken); thrives on cold outreach and quick rapport-building.
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on with CRM (HubSpot/Attio) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Nav).
