Classcard is a SaaS platform that helps academies and educational businesses manage registrations, schedules, payments, attendance, and communication — all in one place. We work with sports academies, tutoring centers, and performing arts schools across multiple countries.

We care deeply about clarity, speed, and usability — and design plays a central role in how our customers experience the product.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, clean interfaces for web and mobile apps, from early concepts to high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate requirements into thoughtful UI/UX solutions.
• Own and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency across dashboards, mobile apps, and public-facing pages.
• Simplify complex workflows into easy-to-use, accessible experiences for academy owners, staff, parents, and students.
• Prepare developer-ready assets and support implementation during handoff.
• Conduct quick user validations and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain high standards in Figma hygiene — components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Contribute to UX writing: micro-copy, empty states, onboarding flows, tooltips, and success/error messages.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX or product design (internships and strong projects count).
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
