About Classcard

Classcard is a SaaS platform that helps academies and educational businesses manage registrations, schedules, payments, attendance, and communication — all in one place. We work with sports academies, tutoring centres, and performing arts schools across multiple countries.

Design is central to how our customers experience the product. We care deeply about clarity, speed, and usability — the difference between an academy owner loving Classcard and abandoning it often comes down to how a single screen feels.

This role is for someone early in their design career who's ready to own real product work. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering, ship designs to thousands of real users, and have senior people in your corner helping you grow — with real responsibility, real creative input, and fast feedback loops.

What You'll Do

Design & Craft

• Design intuitive, clean interfaces for our web and mobile apps, from early concepts to high-fidelity screens.
• Simplify complex workflows into easy-to-use, accessible experiences for academy owners, staff, parents, and students.
• Maintain high standards in Figma hygiene — components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Contribute to UX writing — micro-copy, empty states, onboarding flows, tooltips, and success/error messages.

Design System & Handoff

• Own and contribute to our design system, keeping dashboards, mobile apps, and public-facing pages consistent.
• Prepare developer-ready assets and support implementation during handoff.
• Work within front-end constraints so designs ship faithfully (no coding required, but an eye for what's buildable helps).

Collaboration & Validation

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to turn requirements into thoughtful UI/UX solutions.
