About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation efforts through targeted digital campaigns. This role involves leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize marketing performance, attract high-quality leads, and maximize conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across SEM, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, using data analytics to enhance lead quality and quantity.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Efficiently allocate budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness and overall impact.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead nurturing processes and ensure seamless lead handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and paid media campaign management.
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience.
