About Classcard
Classcard is a SaaS platform that helps academies and educational businesses manage registrations, schedules, payments, attendance, and communication — all in one place. We work with sports academies, tutoring centres, and performing arts schools across multiple countries.
We've grown well on the back of organic search and word of mouth. The next phase of our growth depends on building a paid acquisition engine that reliably brings in the right academies at a healthy cost — across every market we operate in.
This is our first dedicated performance marketing hire. You'll own paid acquisition end to end: strategy, execution, budgets, and reporting — working directly with marketing leadership and steering the agencies and freelancers we already partner with. If you love pulling levers, watching numbers move, and being the person accountable for CAC and ROAS, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Own Paid Acquisition
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across our core channels — Meta Ads and Google Ads — in all our geos.
- Own the budget and the numbers — allocate spend across channels and markets to hit CAC, ROAS, and pipeline targets while keeping acquisition costs efficient.
- Run structured experiments — audiences, creative, bidding, landing pages, and funnels — to find what scales and cut what doesn't.
- Expand into new channels as we grow — LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and OpenAI / AI-platform ads are good-to-have today and likely part of the mix tomorrow.
Analytics & Performance
- Live in the data — track CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and know what each number is telling you.
- Build clear reporting for marketing leadership — what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it.
- Connect ad spend to business outcomes — trials, activations, and revenue, not just clicks and leads.
Work With Agencies & Freelancers
- Steer the external partners we already work with — brief them well, set clear KPIs, and hold them accountable to outcomes.
