Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with our external performance marketing consultant to ensure cohesive and effective strategies across platforms.
- Monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
- BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and execute on-ground marketing strategies tailored to reach our target audience in niche markets.
- Create and manage promotional events, roadshows, and other experiential marketing activities.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with industry gatekeepers, associations, and influencers that align with Classcard’s goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to drive awareness and growth.
- Event Representation:
- Identify, plan, and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences, both locally and internationally.
- Represent Classcard with professionalism and enthusiasm, networking with potential clients, partners, and influencers.
- Content and Communication Strategy:
- Collaborate with freelance content writers to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and other content needed for campaigns and events.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations to guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels and initiatives.
- Track spending and report on ROI for all marketing activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Provide feedback from the market to help shape product features and improvements.
- Innovative Growth Initiatives:
- Experiment with and implement creative growth strategies that can include viral marketing, community-building, and leveraging emerging platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within a startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, particularly Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in event planning and execution, partnership management, and BTL marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
