About Classcard
Classcard is a SaaS platform that helps academies and educational businesses manage registrations, schedules, payments, attendance, and communication — all in one place. We work with sports academies, tutoring centers, and performing arts schools across multiple countries.
The UAE is our largest market, and we're looking for someone to own the marketing engine — planning campaigns, coordinating execution across channels, and making sure everything runs on time and gets measured.
What You'll Do
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Own the marketing calendar — plan campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, events, and partnerships on a monthly/quarterly cadence.
- Write campaign briefs, define target audiences and KPIs, and coordinate execution with internal teams (design, content, sales) and external vendors.
- Ensure all campaigns launch on time and on budget — you're the person who keeps the trains running.
Social Media & Content Distribution
- Manage Classcard's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan content calendars, schedule posts, engage with the community, and track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth).
- Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure a steady pipeline of on-brand assets.
Events, Partnerships & BTL
- Plan and coordinate Classcard's presence at industry events, expos, and meetups — from booth logistics and collateral to post-event follow-up and lead capture.
- Identify and execute co-marketing and partnership opportunities with academies, industry bodies, and complementary brands in the UAE.
- Support BTL activations including academy visits, sponsored sessions, and local community engagement.
