Role Overview

As an Email Outreach Specialist, you’ll own the execution engine of our outbound motion — from clean data and Clay workflows to running campaigns, managing inboxes, and continuously improving results.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys systems, precision, and iteration, and wants to build deep expertise in modern outbound.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clay & Data Operations (Core)

• Build, manage, and optimise Clay workflows (enrichment, segmentation, deduplication)
• Maintain high-quality lead lists (remove bounces, role-based emails, bad domains)
• Ensure ICP relevance and data freshness
• Tag leads accurately (segment, country, persona, funnel stage)

2. Outbound Campaign Execution

• Schedule and run outbound email campaigns (weekly / bi-weekly)
