What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email, chat, phone, and WhatsApp Business
- Actively listen to users, show empathy, and provide thoughtful, solution-oriented responses
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Prioritize and manage multiple support interactions efficiently
- Document interactions and feedback for continuous team improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay up to date on the product to guide customers with accurate information
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech setup
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
