What You'll Do
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across Dubai through regular in-person meetings and check-ins.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, feedback, and escalations — owning the relationship end to end.
- Onboard new customers and ensure smooth adoption of the platform, from initial setup to active usage.
- Proactively monitor client health — track usage patterns, flag at-risk accounts, and drive retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account value over time.
- Resolve escalations promptly, coordinating with product and support teams where needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and account updates in CRM tools.
- Share structured client feedback with product and CS teams to inform roadmap and improvements.
- Use AI tools and agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) as part of your daily workflow — for drafting client updates, preparing meeting briefs, summarising account health, and automating repetitive tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Dubai resident with a valid UAE driving license (mandatory — the role involves frequent in-person client visits).
